Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor role at Rituals Mall of Tripla (10-15 hours per week) in Helsinki, Finland. The position is part-time and involves welcoming customers, advising on product selections, and ensuring the store environment aligns with Rituals’ brand and visual standards. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve store goals, provide excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and follow store safety guidelines. You will have opportunities to grow professionally through our global training programs and to develop product knowledge and selling techniques. Requirements include a genuine interest in retail or customer service, a results‑oriented mindset, good organizational skills, and fluency in Finnish and English; applicants must be 18 or older.
