We are seeking metal industry workers for both long-term and short-term assignments across the Varsinais-Suomi region, including Kaarina, Raisio and Turku. The positions are filled on an open-application basis for a range of tasks in metal manufacturing, welding, machining and other metal-related roles. Work starts as agreed in the contract and will take place at the client’s premises (Visio Henkilöstöratkaisut partners). General requirements include metal-industry training or relevant experience, good motivation and attitude, strong social skills and the ability to work well with colleagues. We aim to ensure compliant contracts and appropriate pay for professionals. We offer pay according to competence, and depending on the role either a permanent 37.5 h/week contract or a fixed shorter shift. Induction is provided, you’ll receive work gear suited to each task, daily support, and opportunities to develop skills and advance to more demanding tasks.
