We are looking for ward secretaries for day and 2-shift work for permanent and fixed-term employment in Helsinki locations. Day and 2-shift work is mainly located in receptions and wards, but also in emergency and intensive care functions. We are multi-professionals working in several units and acting in changing situations with several tasks. Our operations are throughout the HUS area, such as in Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa. As ward secretaries, we act as part of multidisciplinary cooperation, support the uninterrupted patient care chain, and provide the best customer encounter. We offer you responsible and diverse tasks, and your key tasks include patient admissions and discharges, treatment appointments, examination orders, document processing and courier traffic, as well as customer encounters and multi-channel customer service. Salary and terms of employment are determined according to the Sote agreement, and a probationary period is used. Work starts according to the agreement. The task-specific salary is €2,725.50/month. We require vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act for those working in customer and patient areas, and a health certificate regarding pulmonary tuberculosis for those working in healthcare units.
