Personal Assistant

We are looking for a male personal assistant to support our client. Considering the client’s individual needs and the nature of assistance situations, we are specifically seeking a male employee. As a personal assistant you work as part of a multidisciplinary team and enable clients to have a meaningful, safe and goal-oriented day. Your tasks include: individualized guidance and support in daily activities; planning, implementation and evaluation of group and activity programs; strengthening interaction, communication and everyday skills; supporting clients’ functioning and well-being; cooperation with relatives, residential units and the broader network; documenting according to goals; maintaining a safe and accessible environment. We expect: client-centered and resource-focused working approach; good interaction and collaboration skills; ability to act responsibly and flexibly in changing situations; interest in developing the operation and your own skills; experience in the developmental disability field is advantageous.
