Tasks The role includes both recruitment process tasks and administrative work. As a recruitment assistant, you will act as the right hand to our consultants and recruitment managers. Your duties include supporting the recruitment processes of client companies and assisting consultant managers with employment matters. The emphasis between recruitment and administrative work varies according to the market situation, making the role very versatile. Your tasks include, among others: - Writing and publishing job advertisements - Reviewing job applications and screening candidates - Conducting phone interviews and inviting candidates to follow-up interviews - Administrative tasks, such as supporting employment matters, payroll tasks, drafting employment certificates, and processing travel expenses and phone benefits - Searching for and contacting potential candidates through various channels - As you develop, conducting personal interviews and operating in the B2B customer interface What we expect from our new colleague - Interest in recruitment and administrative tasks - Courage to dive into new situations and make independent decisions on a tight schedule - Flexibility and adaptability to work in varying tasks - An independent and responsible way of working - Ambition and a desire to develop - An efficient and systematic approach to work - Fluent skills in Finnish and English, both spoken and written - You are, for example, an early- or mid-stage higher education student with the possibility to work at the office 2-3 days a week, especially at the turn of the month and mid-month for payroll reasons - Willingness to work at the Tampere office for the first six months, after which you will move to a hybrid work model where about half of the working time is spent at the office. - Ability and willingness to commit to holiday coverage: during the summer holiday season (from Midsummer to the end of August), work is full-time, as well as willingness to cover during the Christmas holiday period - Experience in office and customer service tasks, as well as tasks involving fixed-term contracts, is considered an advantage. Orientation is designed for three days a week during the first month - Good development opportunities within Academic Work - A unique corporate culture Additional Information - Start: As soon as possible - Working hours: 2-3 working days/week Mon–Fri, between 8:00–17:00. - Contract: Permanent, part-time - Location: Tampere. For the first six months of employment, work takes place full-time at the office. After this, you will move to a hybrid work model where approximately half of the working time is spent at the office. - Salary: Hourly wage 15€/h.
