We are seeking an enthusiastic electrical professional to join our client in Pirkanmaa as an electrical supervisor overseeing diverse electrical projects. The role offers a strong opportunity to grow into a responsible position under the guidance of experienced professionals. If you are a recent graduate or early in your career as an electrical and automation engineering professional and want to develop your skills in site leadership, you may be the person we are seeking. Worksites are located in the Pirkanmaa region and consist of, among others, line renovation, hall and premises projects. In this role you will participate in daily project management, scheduling and supporting technicians at sites. The start is in August–September depending on the contract. What the job includes: - electrical contractor site supervision tasks in varying projects - scheduling and tracking progress on worksites - collaboration with installers, customers and other stakeholders - coordinating materials and resources - ensuring site quality and safety What we expect from you: - education as an electrical and automation engineering professional - desire to develop in electrical supervision duties - proactive and responsible work attitude - good communication and collaboration skills - organizational ability and interest in project management - prior experience in electrical installations and valid professional cards are a plus.
