Lead Architect
The Lead Architect for Security leads Microsoft security solutions development and helps customers leverage AI securely, responsibly, and for business growth. You will act as a technical lead, community builder, and evangelist for your region. Responsibilities include shaping the technical direction of the security domain, developing Microsoft Security and AI Security solutions, and ensuring the roadmap, quality, and continuous improvement of security services. You will design and implement modern security solutions using Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra, and Security Copilot; build secure AI solutions and AI Governance models; serve as the principal architect on significant customer engagements; collaborate with security across cloud, data, and AI; support sales, presales, and customer dialogues; contribute to new service offerings and business opportunities; mentor architects and experts, and foster a strong security community. You will participate as a visible evangelist at events, webinars, customer meetings, and in Microsoft collaboration; work within the Lead Architect team to deliver customer-centric, business-supporting solutions in partnership with other architects and experts.

Responsibilities
- Lead the security roadmap and architectural direction for Microsoft Security and AI Security solutions.
- Design and implement modern security solutions leveraging Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra, and Security Copilot.
- Develop secure AI solutions and AI Governance models to support clients' business.
- Act as the principal architect in major customer engagements and trusted advisor for customers.
- Collaborate with security functions across data, cloud, and AI initiatives.
- Support sales, presales activities, and customer dialogues; contribute to new services, offerings, and business opportunities.
- Develop organizational expertise, mentor architects and specialists, and build a strong security community in Finland.
Requirements
- Extensive technical experience with Microsoft Security solutions (Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra, Security Copilot)
- Strong architecture and customer environment experience
- Proven track record with identity management, XDR, Purview, and Microsoft technologies in security deployments
- Customer engagement, proposals, and presales experience
- Ability to lead technology-driven change and transformation
- Solid understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Zero Trust frameworks and their application to tech, security and AI solutions
- Ability to integrate security into data, cloud and AI solutions
- Willingness to share knowledge and build a leading Microsoft Security community in Finland
