Home Care Assistant

We are seeking car-equipped team members for the Päijät-Häme region. At Onni we understand that home is the most precious place for a person. We support the functional capacity of customers living at home and enable home care according to individual needs. The home care services support the customer in everyday tasks they cannot manage independently. The services include nursing and medication management, health promotion, personal hygiene and nutrition and rehabilitative care to maintain function. We have time to listen to customers and their relatives, to exchange news, and our care services are above all care. You have a practical nurse qualification, vaccination protection under Infectious Diseases Act §48 and up-to-date medication theory studies (can be completed with us if needed). We value previous experience in similar roles. You have a driving license and access to your own car. We reimburse mileage according to state travel rules. Good spoken and written Finnish are required for the job. We offer meaningful and varied work with comprehensive orientation. We support skills development with regular training.
