Testiautomaatioinsinöörin tehtävässä työskennellään asiakastoimeksiantojen parissa senior-konsultin ja partnerin roolissa, keskittyen testiautomaatioon finanssialalla. Vaatimuksena on vähintään 7+ vuoden alan kokemus sekä vahva osaaminen laadunvarmistuksesta ja testiautomaatiosta. Tehtävä vaatii kykyä suunnitella ja toteuttaa testausprosessi alusta loppuun sekä erinomaisia tiimityö- ja viestintätaitoja. Lisäksi arvostetaan Power Platform -tuntemusta sekä aiempaa kokemusta finanssialalta. Haastateltavana menestyminen edellyttää aktiivista, positiivista ja yhteistyökykyistä asennetta sekä valmiutta työskennellä kansainvälisessä ympäristössä, jossa työkielenä on englanti. Aloitus on liukuva ja työsuhde on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva, täysiaikainen. Lokaatio: Helsinki ja/tai etätyö. Työkieli: Englanti/Suomi.

Responsibilities
- Lead test automation initiatives for client engagements in finance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Design and implement end-to-end test automation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- At least 7 years of industry experience
- Strong quality assurance and test automation skills
- Strong coordination skills with ability to plan and execute
- Test independently from start to finish
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to identify dependencies, problems and risks
- Python and Robot Framework
- Active, positive and collaborative attitude
- Willingness to work in an international environment where English is the working language
- Good stress tolerance and responsiveness
