Then this senior role is the next step in your career.\nExplore your tasks and responsibilities\nOverall responsibility for the Building Services execution in complex projects\nLeadership of subcontractors, specialist planners, and internal teams\nEnsuring compliant implementation according to applicable standards and GMP requirements\nSchedule, cost, risk, and quality management\nLeading variation order and claim negotiations\nRegular reporting to the project management and construction management teams\nShow your expertise\nCompleted technical degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline\nAt least 15 years of professional experience in Building Services Construction Management\nStrong technical expertise in relevant Building Services disciplines (industrial / building technology)\nExperience in regulated industries (Pharma/Biotech) is an advantage\nStrong leadership skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication abilities\nWillingness to travel within Switzerland\nExcellent German and English language skills\nContact:\nYou want to be part of the Exyte team?
