We are currently seeking a social worker (Bachelor-level social services degree) for a position in the Humana Lastensuojelupalvelut unit Aatula in Pori, Finland. The unit supports children and families with a customer‑oriented approach, focusing on timely and needs-based support, care and upbringing. We work in close collaboration with guardians, networks, schools and social authorities, promoting the young person’s dignity and autonomy. The role involves supporting and encouraging children and youths in everyday challenges and assessing their care and upbringing together with the team. The work includes evening and weekend shifts (115 hours per 3 weeks) in a three‑shift model, starting immediately for the right candidate. We offer flexible arrangements to suit different life situations. The team consists of practical nurses, nurses and social workers, and you will have the support of your team, the assistant supervisor and unit manager. The employer emphasizes a caring atmosphere and excellent work energy. Salary is determined by the private social services collective agreement (TES), with base pay in the G24D grade between EUR 2,811.09 and EUR 3,071.09 per month, plus TES shift allowances and opportunities for additional training. Requirements include: a social work degree (AMK/Sosionomi), prior experience with children and youths, especially in child protection, strong professional skills and a customer‑centered approach.
