Customer Advisor in Turku We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented customer advisor for our client to perform a variety of tasks. The workplace can be either in Turku or Uusikaupunki. As a customer advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers across various channels. The job includes advising customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Work is conducted via phone, chat, and email. The working languages are Finnish, Swedish, and English. Key responsibilities as a customer advisor: - Customer service across different channels - Clarifying contract, billing, technical, and service matters - Identifying customer needs and offering solutions and additional services - Communicating in various situations What we expect: To succeed in this role, we hope you possess the following qualities: - Customer service orientation, solution-focused, and sales-minded approach - Good interaction and teamwork skills - Basic computer skills - Ability to operate in changing situations - Independent and precise work approach - Excellent skills in Swedish and English What we offer: In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in multi-channel customer service. The employment is temporary until the end of August 2026, but renewal negotiations are possible before the end of the fixed-term contract. The working hours are 20-37.5 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled between Monday and Sunday from 7:00 to 22:00. The work begins as soon as a suitable candidate is found. The salary follows the collective agreement for customer service and telemarketing. The pay rate is €11.40 - €12.22 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses and incentive systems.
