Building caretaker

We are seeking a skilled building caretaker with machine-operating capabilities to join our team in Rovaniemi. The role involves outdoor area maintenance and indoor maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks. Outdoor care will be performed with machines and manual methods when needed. In winter the focus is snow removal, gritting, and other machine work; in summer you take care of lawn mowing and outdoor area upkeep. You will work with modern, high-quality equipment. The position is full-time (37.5 h/week) and permanent. Shifts are mainly weekdays 7:00–15:30, but flexibility is required due to possible on-call duties during winter weather. Start date as soon as possible. The job pays at least the wage group 4 of the Property Services Collective Labour Agreement (13.88 €/h) plus possible shift allowances and education-based increases.
