Job Description

We are strengthening our global Learning & Development (L&D) structures and processes. We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Learning and Development Specialist for our Group HR Learning team. In this role, you will coordinate learning and development processes within Boliden's Finnish units, enabling the development of employees' and managers' skills. You will participate in developing unified, group-level learning processes and support the development of learning solutions across different sites, functions, and roles. You will work closely with the L&D Manager, other L&D Specialists, HR Business Partners, managers, and content creators to create meaningful learning opportunities that support both business and personnel development. Key Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs; ensuring smooth learning processes from start to finish; supporting global and local competence development processes; acting as the main user and expert of the Workday Learning system; supporting managers and content creators; participating in development, maintenance, and quality assurance of the learning library; supporting learning processes related to ServiceNow; developing L&D processes, standards, and practices; ensuring effective, impactful, and user-friendly learning processes; supporting and advising managers, HR Business Partners, and content creators; collaborating with external training partners; measuring impact and developing offerings. We expect a relevant university degree, solid HR experience, excellent organizational skills, good understanding of business needs, strong communication skills, experience with Workday Learning, fluency in English and Finnish, and a genuine interest in developing skills. The position is primarily based at Harjavalta, with consideration for other Finnish locations and partial remote work. The role involves occasional travel. Responsibilities
- Suunnitella, organisoida ja koordinoida koulutuksia, työpajoja ja johtamisen kehittämisohjelmia
- Varmistaa sujuvat oppimisprosessit alusta loppuun työntekijöille, esihenkilöille ja kouluttajille
- Tukea sekä globaaleja että paikallisia osaamisen kehittämisen prosesseja
- Toimia Workday Learning -järjestelmän pääkäyttäjänä ja asiantuntijana
- Tukea esihenkilöitä ja sisällöntuottajia Workday Learningin tehokkaassa käytössä
- Osallistua Workday Learningin oppimiskirjaston kehittämiseen, ylläpitoon ja laadun varmistamiseen
- Tukea ServiceNowhun liittyviä oppimisen prosesseja
- Kehittää L&D-prosesseja, standardeja ja toimintatapoja yhdessä muiden L&D-specialistien ja L&D Managerin kanssa
- Varmistaa, että oppimisprosessit ovat tehokkaita, vaikuttavia ja käyttäjäystävällisiä
- Osallistua konsernin yhteisten osaamisen kehittämisen ratkaisujen, mukaan lukien e-learningin, käyttöönottoon
- Tukea ja neuvoa esihenkilöitä, HR Business Partnereita ja sisällöntuottajia oppimisratkaisuissa ja -prosesseissa
- Tehdä yhteistyötä ulkoisten koulutuskumppaneiden ja palveluntarjoajien kanssa
- Mitata oppimisen vaikuttavuutta, osallistumista ja liiketoimintavaikutuksia sekä kehittää tarjontaa jatkuvasti
