We are currently looking for a service mechanic at our Seinäjoki location to strengthen our skilled maintenance team. In this recruitment, we are particularly seeking an expert in Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT, and CUPRA brands. This role combines technical expertise in top brands with customer service. If you have experience with Volvo and wish to work as a Volvo Authorized Mechanic, we may also have a suitable position for you. As a service mechanic, you will be responsible for the customer’s maintenance and repair process from start to finish. Your work is independent and diverse, including: Maintenance and repair work from start to finish for a single customer, Customer communication and scheduling, Fault diagnostics using testers and manual methods, Collaboration with parts sales and other team members, Volvo mechanics also work with the Renault brand. You will serve as the primary contact for the customer during the repair visit, combining technical skills and customer service skills in your role. You are the right person if: You are customer-oriented and responsible, You have training and experience in vehicle maintenance, You can solve problems independently, but also work well in a team, You are eager to learn new things and want to develop as a brand-specific expert.
