Swedish-speaking emergency call operator in Vaasa. We are looking for motivated on-call emergency call operators to fill sudden temporary positions in Vaasa. The role mainly serves Swedish-speaking customers (about 90% of clients). The service is also offered to Sweden. You will respond to alarm calls, assess the customer’s need for assistance, and direct help as needed. Strong situational awareness, quick reaction, and ability to stay calm in urgent situations are essential. Excellent IT skills are required as various IT systems are used. The job is a three-shift role with morning, evening, and night shifts.
