Childcare Worker

We are seeking a committed and motivated early childhood education childcare worker for Kilteri Daycare as a temporary replacement during parental leave from 10 August 2026 to 31 December 2026. The job is on a three-shift schedule. Working in a 24/7 daycare is exciting, meaningful and impactful. In addition, good spoken and written Finnish is required. Preferred: experience in shift-based early childhood education. Terms follow KVTES. Salary: 2610.95–2684.59 EUR/month, with seniority-related additions of 3–8%. Required licenses: background check and possible drug test; TB clearance for employees working with under-7s.
