- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and metrics
- Oversee multiple concurrent implementations
- Manage onboarding, configuration, and integration activities
- Establish deployment and maintenance processes
- Lead continuous improvement cycles
- Act as liaison between customers, engineering, and product teams
- Translate requirements into actionable plans
- Ensure proactive communication
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in program or project management within a technology, software engineering, or AI environment
- Proven experience leading complex software implementation or systems integration programs
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and AI solution deployment (LLMs, RAG systems, prompt engineering, vector databases)
- Proficiency with project planning and collaboration tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Technical familiarity with Python, APIs, and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Service, or Developer platforms)
- Excellent communication skills with executives and engineers
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-moving environments
