Enterprise Account Executive

Durlston Partners is working with an exciting AI Tech firm that is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead onboarding and rollout of their AI platform for FTSE 100 clients. You’ll ensure smooth implementation, early adoption, and clear value delivery. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end client onboarding, running discovery and defining deployment plans, building relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders, translating business needs into clear internal requirements, delivering training and enablement sessions, identifying risks and resolving deployment blockers, and relaying client insights to product and GTM teams. Experience required includes onboarding or deploying solutions into FTSE 100 or similar enterprises, background in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation, strong project and stakeholder management, comfort navigating technical and commercial discussions, and experience in high-growth tech environments. Attributes include being a clear communicator, relationship builder, structured, proactive, organized, commercially aware, and problem-solving.
