Sales Assistant

Job description: We at ReWolla are looking for motivated and energetic salespeople for our door-to-door sales team (Elova, Ikkunaveljet) covering the Helsinki metropolitan area. Your task is simple: spark interest in home cleaning and our company, and arrange a meeting with the person. You will be paid for every arranged meeting, even if it does not lead to a sale. You do not need to close the deal at the door; our experienced representatives handle the closing. Working hours emphasise weekdays afternoons and weekends, making it suitable alongside studies. Our top salespeople earn well over €50 per hour, with commissions in the team of €25-€40 per hour for solid performance. What we expect from you: positive attitude, good social skills, willingness to earn and perform, courage to meet people face-to-face, ability to learn quickly, previous sales experience not required.
