Primary responsibility for Zaragoza, Spain & EMEA region commissioning projects. Create and/or maintain best practices to identify and incorporate quality and cost-effective solutions. Manage the contracted Commissioning Agent assigned to Data Center construction projects. Construction site inspections to review QA/QC and commissioning process. Drive the project Commissioning process including scope and schedule. Coordinate meetings and activities of vendor project managers including integration of lessons learned. Manage client representatives and partners to define and align on scope, schedule, and budget. Responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on scope, schedule of the Commissioning Process Projects. Reporting of the Commissioning process to management on a regular basis. Manage data center commissioning project delivery strategy in alignment with the road map strategy. Provides input into a long-term delivery strategy and incorporates requirements into the project execution plans. Provide Vendor oversight and performance management (Scorecard driven). Preparation of RFP's and other project approval tools & templates. Relevant technical engineering experience or any of the following OR Bachelor's OR Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field Experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, construction and/or commissioning Considerable experience with Mechanical OR Electrical Test Equipment Strong proficiency in written, spoken and technical English, as all business operations and stakeholder communications are conducted in English These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Commissioning Certification OSHA 10 or higher qualification NFPA-70E Project Management Professional (PMP) certification These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Requirements
- Relevant technical engineering experience or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Reliability, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, construction and/or commissioning
- Experience with Mechanical or Electrical Test Equipment
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written)
