About the role

As a HR Executive, you will be part of our Global People Operations team, delivering exceptional HR operational support across one or more regions. You will be responsible for providing a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle while partnering closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Total Rewards and other stakeholders. This role combines operational excellence, customer service and process expertise to ensure HR services are delivered accurately, efficiently and in compliance with local employment practices. Regional responsibilities (EMEA, Americas, APJ or other regions) may vary depending on business needs. What You'll Do Employee Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including: * New hires * Internal transfers * Promotions * Compensation changes * Leave of absence administration * Employee data changes * Offboarding and terminations * Ensure employee records are maintained accurately within HR systems. Employee Experience * Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR operational queries. * Deliver timely, accurate and customer-focused support while adhering to service level expectations. * Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions where applicable. * Support employees through key lifecycle events while ensuring a positive employee experience. HR Systems & Data Management * Process HR transactions in HRIS platforms with a high degree of accuracy. * Maintain data integrity across HR systems. * Generate and validate HR reports when required. * Support system testing and implementation of new processes or enhancements. Cross-functional Partnership * Partner closely with Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of HR processes. * Support benefit administration and employee communications where applicable. * Coordinate documentation required for employment changes and compliance activities. Operational Excellence * Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. * Contribute to documentation, knowledge articles and standard operating procedures. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects. * Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment requirements. What We're Looking For * 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Shared Services or HR Operations. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or regions, especially North America would be advantageous. * Experience working in a global or matrixed organization. * Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred). * Understanding of HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle. * Experience working with payroll and benefits processes is beneficial.
