Forklift Operator

Do you have strong experience operating forklifts and counterbalance trucks and are looking for a new challenge in warehouse work? We may have a suitable role for you at a warm, friendly warehouse in Tuusula. You will work with a skilled team and perform a range of daily warehouse tasks using forklifts, including shelving, picking, loading, and other daily duties. Success in the role requires previous forklift experience, as these machines are used daily and you will work as part of a functioning warehouse. We are seeking individuals with a safe and confident handling of forklifts and a desire to work as part of a cooperative team. Responsibilities include operating the forklift and counterbalance trucks, performing warehouse duties, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. We expect applicants to have: prior forklift experience; a valid forklift card; a positive and proactive attitude; of legal working age; fluent Finnish; careful and safe work habits. Beneficial: experience in warehouse work, readiness for independent work, good physical condition, motivation to learn and develop in the role. The jobs are full-time on a rotating schedule with morning and evening shifts from 6:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday. A fixed-term contract until the summer with Barona is offered, with a possibility to become permanent afterward. Salary is determined under the Kaupan työehtosopimus and currently €13.13–€14.93 per hour, depending on previous work and education background.
