Boat Builder

We are seeking precise and responsible professionals for the role of Fittings Installer / Boat Builder. You will participate in interior and exterior outfitting of vessels as part of our skilled production team. Your work includes installing and finishing various boat fittings, furniture, insulation and safety solutions according to drawings and work instructions. You will cooperate closely with aluminium, mechanical and electrical teams and participate in finishing the boats in production stages. Tasks include installing interior and exterior fittings, rails, doors, deck hatches, windows and other deck fittings, installing thermal, acoustic and fire insulation, interior claddings and other finishing materials, attaching furniture, cabinets, shelves and seating structures, installing helm and cabin controls and equipment, installing safety signs and plaques, ensuring quality, dimensional accuracy and safety, reporting deviations to supervision, and collaborating with other production teams. The position is full-time, 40 h/week.
