IT Manager

TryHackMe is looking for an IT Manager to own and scale our internal IT operations across a fully distributed, remote-first workforce. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy. You\'ll own our IT infrastructure, security, systems and tooling. The goal is simple: make it easy for our people to do their best work, while keeping our systems secure, reliable and cost-effective. We\'re a fast-growing company and don\'t believe in adding process for the sake of process. We want someone who can find the fastest, simplest solution, automate where it makes sense and get stuck into the detail when needed. You\'ll work across the business, partnering with People, Finance, Security and department leads to make sure our technology scales with us rather than slows us down.
