Tire Fitter

Join a fast-paced seasonal position! We are hiring tire fitters for the upcoming tire season in Lahti and nearby tire shops / auto service centers. If you enjoy physical work, the team atmosphere, and a fair temporary position with good colleagues, this could be for you. The work starts and lasts according to the season, influenced by regional weather. Typical duration is 5–8 weeks, usually starting in September–October. Work details: starts when the season begins; approx. 5–8 weeks; commit to the full season; 8-hour shifts on weekdays from 7:00 to 18:00. What does the job involve? Changing and mounting tires, moving, cleaning, and storing tires; other auxiliary tasks related to tire changes. It is physical and sometimes hectic, so good fitness and careful work are important. You will be part of a team where smooth cooperation is key to success. You’ll succeed if you have a lively and reliable work attitude, you are physically fit, work proactively and accurately, are customer-service oriented and a team player, and you hold a B-class driving license. Previous tire mounting experience is a plus but not required.
