Junior Football Coach

We are seeking a junior manager for our team. As a Junior Manager you will play a central role in promoting children’s and youth sports for recreation and competitive activities, and in supporting team coaches and volunteers. Your responsibilities include planning, developing and implementing the club’s activities for children and youth age groups as well as for Jalkapalloleikkikoulu and Perhefutis. Main tasks include organizing the skill school and football school, supporting coaches, organizing other club events (e.g., closing ceremonies), supporting the tournament team, founding new teams, and developing cooperation with early childhood education and schools. We expect you to have organizational skills and initiative, a commitment to developing your own expertise, to advance the club’s youth football activities, and to have experience in children’s and youth sports, clubs or hobby activities, coaching skills, good communication and collaboration skills, and good Finnish and English language skills. It is beneficial to have prior club experience, experience in children’s hobby activities, training skills and strong communication abilities.
