Junior Manager

We are seeking a junior manager to join our team. In the role of junior manager you will play a central part in promoting youth and junior sports for children and young people, and support the coaches and volunteers of teams. Your responsibilities include planning, developing and implementing activities for children and youths in age groups, as well as in Football School and Family Football sessions. Your main tasks include organizing the skills school and football school, supporting coaches, organizing other club events (season-ending ceremonies, etc.), assisting the tournament team, establishing new teams, and developing cooperation with early childhood education and schools. We expect you to have organizational skills and initiative; to develop your own expertise; to develop the club’s youth football activities; to have experience in sports activity for children and youth, clubs or clubs’ activities; coaching skills; good communication and collaboration skills; good Finnish and English language skills. An advantage is experience in club activities, experience in children and youth club activities, teaching/scouting abilities, and good communication skills.
