Waiter/waitress for the opening of a brand-new British pub in Helsinki's Esplanade. We are looking for a front-of-house professional or someone passionate about the industry to help deliver an outstanding customer experience in Helsinki’s Pohjois-Esplanadi. The doors open in October 2026 at the city’s best location, and we are adding a customer-service professional to join the story of our new restaurant. In this role you will work at the heart of the pub, interacting with guests daily to create a welcoming atmosphere. We seek someone who enjoys meeting people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to offer excellent service with a relaxed yet professional demeanor. The work is full-time, aligned with the restaurant’s opening hours. What background helps you get started? Prior waiter/waitress experience is an asset. A cheerful, customer-oriented service mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in varied situations. Interest in the restaurant industry and pub culture. Fluent English. Why apply?
