We are looking for a proactive team player to strengthen our Global Planning function as a **Global Supply Planner (fixed term)** In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of products through Reima’s global supply chain. By combining analytical insight, planning expertise, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help optimise inventory, improve supplier performance and processes, and support Reima’s ambition for sustainable and profitable growth. You will work closely with colleagues across demand planning, merchandising, sourcing, finance, and regional teams, as well as with suppliers primarily in Asia. Using data-driven decision making and a continuous improvement mindset, you will contribute to enhancing inbound supply, which in turn creates increased inventory turns, improved cash flow and productivity. **What you will do** – Develop and maintain supply plans and schedules to ensure timely availability of products and materials – Analyse inventory levels, schedules, and forecasts to determine procurement needs – Develop planning tools, reporting and KPIs to contribute to the end-to-end sales and operations planning process – Collaborate with sourcing and suppliers to enhance delivery performance, lead time and flexibility – Prepare forecasts, analyses and scenario planning for management – Lead actions and coordinate with stakeholders when delays or supply disruptions occur to minimise business impact – Collaborate with IT and business intelligence professionals to improve processes and reporting **What you will bring** This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, analytical and not flustered by change. You enjoy collaborating across teams and turning insights into action. You combine a hands-on approach with a continuous desire to learn and improve. You will likely succeed in this role if you have: – At least 3-5 years of S&OP or related experience, preferably from apparel or international consumer goods industry – Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field – The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment – Highly skilled in Excel and experience with S&OP tools and ERP systems – Strong problem-solving, collaboration and presentation skills – Fluency in written and verbal English is a must – You are excited about Reima’s mission to inspire kids to move and play **Why join Reima?** We offer you an opportunity to further develop your competencies and knowledge in our international working environment.
