About the role

Instabee was founded in 2022 through the merger of two fast-growing last-mile delivery companies: Budbee and Instabox. Together, we’re building a new standard for e-commerce logistics — one that’s faster, more flexible, and tailored to the needs of merchants and consumers alike. Instabee delivers millions of parcels each month across Europe. We work with thousands of e-commerce merchants and are rapidly becoming Europe’s leading delivery and logistics partner. In the Netherlands, Budbee operates a rapidly growing network of smart parcel lockers, providing fast, convenient, and sustainable delivery solutions. We proudly partner with major retailers such as Albert Heijn, Bol.com, and H&M to make package pickup easier and more accessible for consumers across the country. About the Role Instabee is looking for a commercially-driven, tech-savvy, and hands-on Implementation Manager to join our Integration & Tech Sales team in Amsterdam. This is a role where technical expertise meets commercial impact — and where your work directly shapes how merchants experience Instabee from day one. You will play a key role in enabling and continuously improving our merchant offerings via API integrations, ensuring a smooth and fast go-to-market experience. By collaborating closely with commercial, product, tech, and operations teams, you’ll drive integrations that make it simple and efficient for merchants to launch Instabee’s services for their customers. In the highly competitive delivery space, speed and quality matter. As an Implementation Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind getting merchants live faster — while making sure Instabee’s solutions deliver real value from the very start. What You’ll Do - Drive the technical value proposition in complex deal cycles, aligning integration roadmaps with business objectives to remove friction and accelerate merchant launches. - Take full ownership of onboarding and integrations for new merchants, ensuring an excellent and seamless launch experience. - Partner with commercial teams to accelerate go-to-market timelines, ensuring merchants can quickly leverage Instabee’s solutions. - Work cross-functionally with tech, product, and operations to simplify complex integrations and solve challenges in real time. - Monitor integration and performance data to identify improvement areas and proactively strengthen our processes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants that go well beyond launch — acting as a trusted long-term partner. About You You thrive where commercial strategy meets technical delivery. You’re structured, proactive, and solution-oriented — but also curious and adaptable enough to navigate complexity with confidence. You know how to translate technical concepts into business value, and you take pride in turning complex integrations into smooth, successful launches. More About You - University degree in business, engineering, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or logistics, preferably in implementation, technical account management, or commercial excellence. - Understanding of API integrations — hands-on experience with Postman or similar tools is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch; additional European languages are a strong advantage. - Commercial mindset with a proven ability to shorten time-to-market and improve onboarding processes. - Based in Amsterdam, with flexibility to travel internationally when required. What We Offer - 26 vacation days per year + your birthday off. - Modern office in Amsterdam Noord — at The Collection, with in-house gym. - 8% employer-paid pension. - Team events, social outings, and a friendly work culture. - Travel reimbursement if you live outside Amsterdam. - Well-being allowance (€25 per month). - Daily lunch allowance. - High-end equipment provided. - The gross monthly salary ranges from 5000 € depending on experience. Interested? Let’s Hear From You! Even if you don’t tick every box, we still encourage you to apply. We believe great people don’t always fit a job description perfectly — and that’s okay. We’re looking for people who want to make an impact. If you’re curious, driven, and excited to grow, we’re excited to meet you. Most of what we learn happens on the job, and we’re more than happy to teach you along the way. What matters most to us is your motivation. So tell us why you’d love to join Budbee Netherlands and what you’re excited to bring to the team!
