We are currently looking for new on-call healthcare assistants to join MediPower’s team in Uusikaupunki. Do you want to work flexibly in caring for others? In on-call shifts, the assistant will normally handle basic care tasks, everyday support, medication administration, and guiding work. Our client requires a qualification as a practical nurse (lähihoitaja) registered with Valvira or late-stage studies (lähihoitaja yli 120 op / sairaanhoitaja 60 op). The on-call role offers a great opportunity to develop a broad set of skills and work in a way that fits your life situation. Remuneration includes hourly pay plus a 9% holiday allowance and shift allowances per the collective agreement; there are occasional reward campaigns and we also provide employee benefits such as a sports benefit.
