Financial Accountant

Role Overview and Responsibilities: • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including statutory sales analysis in Switzerland. • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to assist in budgeting and forecasting. • Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and inventory file analysis. • Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including expense allocations and cost center reporting. • Support statutory filings such as VAT, intrastat, and audit documentation, ensuring compliance with local requirements. • Aid in annual budgeting, capital expenditure review, and profitability assessments. • Maintain documentation and support internal and external audit activities to ensure compliance. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles. • Hands-on experience with ERP systems. • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling. • Fluent German.
