Managing Director for group companies
Lead three Laihia companies across housing, property services and district heating; relevant degree required.
This is a significant, hands-on executive role in which you will directly influence the planning and future growth of the companies. Laihia and the group companies Laihia has several group companies, and a joint CEO is now being sought for three limited companies: Laihian Vuokratalot Oy – provides more than 250 homes and has a central role in local development and the organisation of housing. Laihian Tilapalvelu Oy – is responsible for property maintenance, development and supervision, and has around 10 employees. Laihian Nuuka Lämpö Oy – operates in energy production and distribution. The company produces the energy needed for district heating using 95% domestic fuel. The municipality of Laihia is a growing and developing environment. Significant investments are being made in the area, including in energy, data centres, the circular economy and housing, increasing the development needs and opportunities of the group companies. Your role As CEO of the group companies, you will be responsible for their operational management in accordance with the boards’ instructions and decisions, exercise the related decision-making authority, and represent the companies in day-to-day matters. You will be responsible for the legality of the companies’ accounting and the reliable organisation of financial management, as well as ensuring that company administration is organised appropriately. In addition, the CEO ensures that the boards receive sufficient information to support decision-making and participates in board meetings. The role emphasises: • Overall command of operations and finances • Developing operations (reporting, monitoring and processes) • Understanding of the energy, property and property-management sectors • The ability to support decision-making with a clear situational overview.
