Nurse Assistant

Lead with the concrete role: a nurse assistant in a Finnish elderly care home. The position is permanent and part-time (0-115 hours per 3 weeks) with mostly two-shift work. The job includes basic resident care, supporting functional ability, wellbeing monitoring and documentation, RAI assessments and service plan implementation, medication administration, and close cooperation with families and other stakeholders. The employer follows the private social services sector collective agreement. Two vacancies exist.
