Shear Operator

Our client seeks an experienced shear operator to work on Amada machines. The role primarily produces small-series work, so programming skills, precision, and the ability to work independently are emphasized. The candidate should master the practical duties of shear work and be able to take responsibility for their own tasks from start to finish. We value initiative and a desire to maintain high quality even in varying production situations. What we expect: previous experience as a shear operator; experience using Amada machines; programming skills and the ability to set adjustments independently; precise work method and good drawing-reading skills; responsibility and smooth independent work.
