Avery Dennison is seeking a hands-on electrical maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, drives, and PLC-controlled equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on electrical troubleshooting and repair. Key responsibilities include locating and diagnosing mechanical and electrical failures, repairing high-voltage systems, motors, switches, and automated controls, using PLC experience to identify issues, executing planned and predictive maintenance, performing wiring and repairs in compliance with safety standards, and partnering with engineers and production teams to improve processes. Requirements include 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, ability to read schematics, experience with motors, drives, sensors, control panels, and PLC troubleshooting (programming not required). Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training preferred.
