We are seeking an earthworks worker (driver of excavator as assistant) in Hämeenlinna for a fixed-term assignment of about two months. The role involves working at the earthworks site in Hämeenlinna, performing trenching, backfilling, finishing and other traditional earthworks tasks. We expect prior experience in earthworks and an independent, safe work attitude. Requirements: experience in earthworks; valid professional certifications (if not present, must be obtained before start); good Finnish language skills as the supervisor speaks Finnish; high work ethic; good social skills for dealing with people even under pressure. The employer offers a contract and equipment, salary in accordance with infra TES, and two payroll payouts per month, plus onboarding and daily work-life support.
