Family Daycare Provider

Kultapalat is seeking new and reliable Family Daycare Providers in Oulu to join our growing team. The successful candidates open their homes to children who form their first relationships outside their own family. A safe and high-quality early childhood education is every child’s right, and we want to enable it with your help. Daycare groups consist of up to four children, enabling many activities and flexible scheduling. We offer a framework for activities, but you decide how to work. In addition to the freedom of work, the earnings are on average around €3,000 per month when you have four children in care, with seven weeks of holiday per year. The role is performed as a franchising-entrepreneur within the Kultapalat chain. You do not need prior business knowledge; enthusiasm for early childhood education and good interaction with adults are enough. We offer a ready-made concept and full support for establishing and running the business. You will join a like-minded Kultapalat community where you can exchange ideas with other caregivers.
