Property Maintenance Technician

Your task is to take care of the technical maintenance and servicing of the properties. Duties include, for example, operating building automation and monitoring alarms, inspecting and adjusting heat distribution rooms, servicing refrigeration equipment and washing coils (refrigeration permits are considered an advantage), changing filters in ventilation units, and carrying out various fault repairs related to building technology. Depending on your skills, the work may also include maintenance of process equipment, such as pumps and valves. In addition to the production buildings in Vierumäki, your area of responsibility includes an apartment building with 21 apartments right next to the production area. The factory area has its own district heating network, served by its own heating plants. Skills Success in the role requires, above all, a positive and energetic attitude and a willingness to learn. Your education may be, for example, as a plumber, property maintenance technician, refrigeration technician or electrician. We appreciate previous experience in different building-technology tasks, as well as the ability and desire to learn new things.
