We are looking for a sales assistant to support the sales team. Our client is an established distributor in the industry with strong product brands, located in Lieto. In the role you will be part of a team and ensure smooth customer service and order handling. You will receive and process orders, serve customers, and work actively via phone and email. This position suits you if you are service-minded, meticulous, and can advance tasks in an organized manner. Your duties include processing orders, customer service by phone and email, supporting the sales team in daily work, and other sales support tasks as part of the team. A successful candidate has a sales-oriented and service-minded attitude, works diligently and accurately even under pressure, and ensures customers receive friendly and professional service. The job starts as soon as possible, Mon-Fri 7:00–15:00. The employment is initially for 2 months with potential extension. The location requires own car. We expect strong Finnish and English language skills; Swedish is an advantage. Proficiency in Office, especially Excel, is expected. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus. You are sales-minded, diligent, precise, enjoy customer service and phone work, and adapt easily to being part of a team. You learn new systems quickly and complete tasks as agreed.
