Accounting Analyst
What you will do: Record financial docs into NetSuite, track vendor invoices, review expense reports, prepare payment plans, share documents with consultants, perform trial balance checks, reconcile accounts, prepare schedules for tax declarations, ensure documentation accuracy, coordinate with consultants for compliance, record intercompany transactions, analyze financial statements, and support the Finance Manager. What you will need: bachelor’s in finance/economics/BS, 2+ years accounting experience, Excel proficiency, proactive, CPA a plus, capable of fast-paced startup environment, English advanced. Responsibilities
- Recording all financial documents into Oracle NetSuite on a monthly basis and performing monthly closings
- Tracking vendor invoices and ensuring invoices are recorded under correct cost centers
- Reviewing and approving employee expense reports
- Preparing payment plans and coordinating with payments team
- Sharing documents with accounting and tax consultants
- Performing monthly trial balance checks and reconciliations
- Preparing schedules related to tax declarations
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial transactions
- Coordinating with consultants to ensure regulatory compliance
- Recording and reporting intercompany transactions
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports
- Supporting the Finance Manager in other accounting matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting, tax, and finance experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Proactive and self-directed
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures; CPA a plus
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment
- English: Advanced (interviews in English)
