The position involves maintaining weaving machines, performing repairs, adjustments, and commissioning-related tasks. You will ensure production equipment operates reliably and efficiently. Duties include machine repair and maintenance, pre-production setup, troubleshooting faults, supporting production in technical situations, and, if needed, participating in weaving of yarn. No prior textile industry experience is required as we provide comprehensive onboarding lasting several months, during which you will learn the operation of specialized machinery under the guidance of experienced colleagues. The job is a shift job, with 2–3 shifts in our weaving department.
