Responsibilities
- Build proxy infrastructure from scratch
- Design and implement rotation systems
- Manage IP reputation and quality
- Build bandwidth reporting and metering
- Write reverse proxy systems
- Handle multiple proxy types
- Implement geo-targeting
- Optimize for performance
- Work with networking fundamentals
- Support multiple protocols
- Understand HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 differences
- Build monitoring and health checks
- Handle IPv4 and IPv6
- You define the architecture
Requirements
- Built proxy or networking infrastructure before (not just used it)
- Deep understanding of HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5 protocols
- Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems
- TCP/UDP programming at socket level
