The role is based at either the head office in Seinäjoki or the office in Helsinki (Ala-Tikkurila). The primary focus is managing the company's social media presence, while also contributing to the planning and execution of other marketing content to ensure it appeals to the target audience and supports business goals. Key responsibilities include managing social media channels, planning, filming, editing, and publishing content (short videos, photos, and text), and creating publication calendars and scripts. The role involves visiting various locations across Finland for filming, developing social media visibility and practices, tracking and reporting results, and writing content for the website, blog, newsletters, and recruitment needs. AI tools are used as a natural part of the ideation and production process. Requirements include experience in social media content production, excellent written Finnish, and the ability to produce high-quality visual and text content. A good understanding of Meta and TikTok, as well as basic marketing knowledge, is required. Creativity, storytelling, and the ability to organize multiple projects are highly valued. Willingness to appear in videos is necessary. Preferred qualifications include a relevant higher education degree, knowledge of the automotive industry, experience with website maintenance, HubSpot, paid advertising, and Adobe software (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
