About the role

The role The Datacenter L2 IT technician will troubleshoot and solve data center IT hardware issues. This is a position for a technical expert working at the intersection of multiple technical and operational domains. Responsibilities include solving challenging hardware issues with servers, handling hardware problem management, proactively handling L1/L2 tasks via tickets, updating processes and documentation for the IT hardware team, collaborating with L3 technicians to improve SLA with complex diagnostics, improving support processes and training materials, and performing basic network tasks and support. Requirements include knowledge of data centers and server equipment, advanced IT hardware troubleshooting skills, proficiency with Unix/Linux, experience with equipment monitoring and data analysis, proactivity and responsibility, and strong English. Bonus skills include advanced network equipment knowledge and a B license.
