We are seeking an Information Governance Specialist for Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue in a permanent position. The role sits within the Administrative Services, Documentation Management unit of the Corporate Services. You will be responsible for information lifecycle management, records management and electronic archiving, including guidance, maintenance, development and expert tasks related to these areas. You will also maintain the information governance model for Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue and coordinate meetings of the information governance working group. The position requires hands-on expertise in information lifecycle management, records management, archive operations guidance, patient information systems and electronic archiving. We also expect knowledge of information governance models, information routing and project management tasks. We value a positive, development-oriented attitude and excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills. The role requires ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment and under pressure, and to collaborate effectively with own unit, internal stakeholders and external partners. The monthly base salary is 3,845.06 EUR. In addition, we pay experience-based increments: 3% after 5 years and 8% after 10 years. Please note the public sector terms, including annual leave accrual based on experience. We offer a range of employee discounts via the staff card.
