Partner Sales Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO Take end-to-end ownership of your own pipeline of customers referred by our Partner - from the initial handover to successful onboarding and activation. Present the Pliant solution in demo calls, tailored towards the customers specific needs. Act as the main point of contact for customers, guide them through the onboarding process and proactively follow up on outstanding information and documentation. Create and maintain customer deals in our CRM and internal platform, ensuring accurate data, clear next steps and transparent pipeline tracking. Coordinate closely with our Risk and Compliance teams to resolve blockers, keep stakeholders informed and continuously improve our onboarding processes.
