Sales Assistant

We are seeking a capable and energetic new member for our store group in Pielavesi, Lapinlahti, Kiuruvesi and Iisalmi. Role: Sales Assistant. Employment type: temporary? (per original posting: part-time) and location: Pielavesi (with flexibility to work at Lapinlahti, Kiuruvesi and Iisalmi as needed). Salary: level 2 (A 11.98-14.03 €/h). You will be central in delivering memorable service to customers and may also perform store upkeep tasks such as shelf replenishment, cashiering, cleaning, unloading deliveries and delivering online orders. The workplace atmosphere is supportive and collaborative. You will mostly work in Pielavesi but may have opportunities to work in other stores in Lapinlahti, Kiuruvesi and Iisalmi. We offer on average 10 working hours per week, with option to pick up additional shifts in nearby stores. Requirements include a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations and previous customer service or sales experience, especially in specialty retail; willingness to learn and be a team player; flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays; at least 18 years old and aligned with our values of responsibility. What we offer: compensation at level 2 (A 11.98-14.03 €), ongoing training, broad staff benefits including health care and holiday housing access, meal allowance of 8.56 € per shift and possible shift allowances, an incentive program.
