DevSecOps Release Manager ( Saudi national only ) - Oivan - Remote - Global

We are looking for a DevSecOps Release Manager to lead and govern the release lifecycle. The Release Manager will act as the single owner for release progress, ensuring that every release follows a controlled, evidence-based process with clear quality, security, operational readiness, approval, and rollback check points to have a safer and faster releases with measurable engineering KPIs. Key responsibilities include maintaining release calendar, coordinating activities across teams, preparing evidence packs, tracking quality and security gates, monitoring risks, and supporting continuous improvement. Requirements include 3–5 years of experience in release management, DevOps, DevSecOps, or platform operations, supporting production releases, working with cross-functional teams, understanding CI/CD pipelines, release governance, and DevSecOps practices. Skills needed are coordination, communication in English, ability to work under pressure, documentation, ownership, and risk management. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Engagement: Full-time, onsite or hybrid. Reporting to Service Delivery Manager. Saudi nationality required.
